How to do Side Lateral Raise with Dumbbells


1. Choose the weight that you can do between 12 - 15 reps.


2. We will do 3-4 sets.


3. Stand with two dumbbells at your sides.


4. If you feel pain in your shoulder or you hear a clicking sound from your shoulder, positioning dumbbells slightly to the front helps.
